Yeah, some days I barely eat or just throw something easy together to make sure i ate something.

Is that different from normal for you too? The only thing that's not making my stomach feel weird rn is cereal.

 

it'd be a lie to say it was a massive difference, given i have depression--but there has definitely been an uptick in frequency of aiming to consume something, anything to make sure I'm not completely starving myself. Some days I force myself to prepare a meal while listening to a podcast, which has been nice here and there.

 

I’ve been eating a lot less during this both intentionally and unintentionally, but it isn’t because of stomach pain or discomfort or anything like that.

 

I've been less interested/excited about food but that's it

 

I haven’t been eating out for like 7 weeks now which definitely kills my excitement
