I love papa johns pizza

 

I haven’t add it in forever but back in college the large one topping for $6.99 was a deal.

 

I don't know what it is, but PH fuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkks me up. It's like I have food poisoning every time I eat it.

NOTHING else has the same effect.

 

at the end of the day i am just a pizza lover with a bad palate and thats okay. as a current New Yorker we have two local more traditional NY style shops that i love and always go to (havent had chain pizza in three or four years), but i grew up outside of Fort Worth, TX and your options were Dominos or Papa John's and that stuff can be a warm blanket for me

jets/buddy's > dominoes > little caesars > papa johns > pizza hut

There's also Hungry Howies, Happy's Pizza, and a few others but I never get them

I am lucky enough to be able to count on two hands the amount of times I've had chain pizza.

 

chain pizza is to pizza is what taco bell is to mexican imo. different scratches for different itches.

 

It’s honestly remarkable how much Dominoes has improved over the last few years. It used to be ketchup on cardboard.

 

the fact that you can almost always use a coupon for a $5 large cheese pizza takeout keeps me going back. I would actually prefer Little Caesers, but PJ isn't bad (the pizza, the man is bad).

I went to a lunch buffet at Pizza Hut with some friends when I was a teenager and burnt my tongue so fucking bad on marinara sauce that I probably had a legitimate case to sue them. I couldn't feel my tounge or taste anything for a month, I don't even understand how it was possible to have something just hanging out at that extreme temperature. It was the last time I had The Hut (mostly because they have all closed down around me)

 

I have really fond memories of Pizza Hut’s pan pizza when I was a kid but as an adult it’s a disappointment every time. I like their wings and breadsticks tho.

 

Pizza Hut is my favorite of the chains, the good one by me closed and then I moved and out of delivery range all together so I have to go for Dominos which isn't bad but Pizza Hut is my first option.

 

Yup, I'm the same way. It's real weird. But I also haven't had it in 15+ years so maybe it'd be different now.

 

We used to dine in at Pizza Hut all the time when I was a kid. I used to look forward to it because we'd get a stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks with a pitcher of Coke and it was delicious. Also the Casper puppets.


I think I've had Pizza Hut once in the past twenty years and there is one across the street from my apartment.

 

Dominoes is def the superior chain pizza, but I still love a pan crust from Pizza Hut. Great breadsticks and boneless wings too. If I'm in the mood for one of those, it's definitely where I'm going.

But I feel like most places have stepped up their game, which is nice. Love a Hot n' Ready when I'm in the mood for it. I don't have Papa John's often, but when I do, it's usually pretty good.

 

Last time I had Pizza Hut was to get that Cheez It pizza, which, in the words of Mitch, sucked shit.

 

I did have this out of curiosity. It tasted like nothing.

I love Pizza Hut but lately it makes me feel so gross. Recently, I’m kind of feeling that way about most pizza unfortunately. Brick oven pizza is about the only kind I don’t end up feeling sick after eating.

 

I found a local place whos pepperoni pizza reminds me of Pizzeria Regina's which is exciting

 

In high school I would go to fucking town at the Pizza Hut buffet, though a huge percentage of my meal was always breadsticks

 

Pizza Hut buffet was their saving grace. Rip
