Oh god I actually have to make this announcement tomorrow and launch this whole thing and my hands are sweaty just thinking about it now. It's actually here, and happening, a year of planning and thousands of little steps and now the date is here ... gahhhh.

Tonight I'm watching two live streams (a podcast and the Final Fantasy XV event) and The Martian. Supposed to do some housework too

 

So I just listened to a twenty one pilots song cause I keep seeing people talk about them on tumblr and I do not get it. They sound like Crazy Town.

 

So, I guess I'm sort of out of the loop as to the raison d'être of this new site. Is it meant to supplant AP? Is it still oriented towards the "punk" community?

I teach guitar and bass right now. I also have a couple students that I only focus on theory with because when they came to me they were already very skilled players who just had some knowledge gaps.

I'm working on expanding that in a few years though. Am fairly comfortable playing piano and drums currently, but going to take a few more years before I will feel like I'm competent enough to accept students for those instruments.

 

I dont see the housework happening.

i've become an eye health vigilante and installed f.lux on half the computers on our side of the office. this is what passes for exciting these days.
