4:44 is pretty amazing

 

I don’t know if I ever mentioned this but Aquemini was really good also but for me it feels like ATLliens > Aquemini > Southern still.

It’s on to Stankonia.

 

Stankonia would probably be one of my favourite albums if it didn’t have so many skits.

I feel like Stankonia is the one I’m most familiar with in terms of that southern style I grew up knowing. It had a lot of hits but yeah the skits got a little excessive after a bit. It’s also unfair that So Fresh So Clean into Ms Jackson because that is an amazing 1-2 punch.

Cam'ron's skits are usually pretty funny

 

I’m like half way through Speakerboxxx and man it just feels like it is getting way to repetitive for me so I had to take a break.

I need Andre on these tracks

 

For me, The Love Below is my favorite album from either of them, especially at the time, Andre just does so many cool things throughout. The Love Below then Stankonia for my top 2

One of my best friends and bandmates just dropped a solo album to raise funds for his mom, all put together in the last few weeks. Its really good and real experimental.
