The Red Hot Chili Peppers bumped Bored to Death down to #2 on Alt Charts. I think they should push a new single ASAP to keep up the momentum.

 

Yup. I say just drop Sober on the airwaves and let it hit cross over stations.

 

Either Sober or SOOHM would do wonders in this regard

 

I honestly can't believe they haven't released a second single yet. Bored To Death was released April 27th. Time for something new.

 

It really would, I think either one really would hit big. It's a shame Hey I'm Sorry was released as a bonus track because that could be a fucking hit.

 

I just realized he changes the line to "Mark has a master plan".

 

yeah. It's like they're waiting for the "right time" to drop the next single, but is it almost too late? I feel the Blink 182 buzz dying down already. Just not understanding the marketing tactic behind this one.

I feel you're right. By this point anyone still listening is already a fan and anyone who isn't has streamed it and decided they don't like it. Another single probably won't do much especially if they're not bothering the charts much in the states.

 

Yeah it's definitely time for a new single than.

 

And I am quite glad about it!

 

I looked over Blink's single release history. Seems like, besides the mega hits, 4-5 months in between singles is rather normal. I'd expect something rather soon

Yeah I didn't expect it at all but I bet Kings of the Weekend will be a single because they play that and not SOOHM

 

BTD came on at the bar this past weekend. A lot of people were into it, definitely the most I've enjoyed listening to the song

 

"She's Out Of Her Mind" is so much better than "Kings Of The Weekend" though!!! UGH!

 

I imagine they're waiting to play SOOHM when it gets released as a single.

 

I guess so successful they didn't need to. Didn't MTV retire half of them when they used to play music

 

Were they playing Wishing Well at soundcheck today? Sounded like it on Travis' snapchat.
