Insane Clown Posse: Wicked Clowns From Outer Space 2 Tour

Battle Creek sold out immediately, I'm still bummed about it.

 

I had people tell me for years you have to see insane clown posse...gotta see them...put on an amazing show

then I saw them......

 

I honestly had no idea they were selling out shows. Maybe it’ll be moved to a bigger venue though.

 

I’ve never seen them live. Was it terrible?

 

it was just that thing where there is like 10 people on stage all with mics yelling over each other. It was at a fest, I watched two songs and walked away. People seemed to enjoy it, I did not.

I saw them in Lansing play a club and thought it was awesome.

 

That's definitely weird, I've seen them a lot, and it's usually just the two with mics.
Definitely hit this tour if you can.

 

The cities listed on this tour are all B/C markets with the exception of a few cities. They must know their fanbase well but, and I say this without trying to come off like an elitist NYC jerk, who IS the ICP audience in 2020? Are they still reaching new fans or is now 30-something dudes who grew up on them?

 

Oddly enough lots of new fans, lots of nostalgia, these rooms are small though.

 

Word do we have Juggalos and Juggalettes on here? Sup yall

 

How bad is it that I'm mildly considering going to the Indianapolis show? So tempted...

I’d go to this if there was any show near me. Always wanted to see them for the hell of it.

 

Halloween is at the Russell Complex in Detroit.

 

I've seen ICP 4 or 5 times. The first time was in 2000 and the last time was near 2011? Defiently not the same appeal they had two decades ago. I think their fanbase has decreased a lot post the first jokers card deck. Im not hear to talk about Juggalos or anything like that, just that I wouldnt imagine their shows nearly as fun anymore. When I saw them for the last time that decade ago they were already a lot less fun. It may also have to be the fact that all their music from the past decade has been shit.

 

Shows are still great. I feel the same way, but their shows are a blast especially in small venues
