Maybe Zoom just isn’t the way to go, I feel like any podcast I’ve listened to that is using it has issues with lag and choppiness. Meanwhile I’m playing HD video games with like 5 or 6 friends the past couple weeks and nobody has any issues talking.

 

they definitely need to do it over video chat though, what with Wiger's famous over the top facial expressiveness

 

I think there’s a difference between streaming audio while playing a game than streaming video with audio at the same time.

 

then they should just go audio only? Generally, I'd rather have a coherent podcast (a purely audio medium) than the occasional remark on someones facial expression.

I'm actually not complaining too much, the chaos definitely added a new element to these episodes. But this is going to last a while, it's going to get really annoying.
