I know Donald Trump is insane, and it wouldn't shock me if this actually occurred, but I'm still going to take it with a grain of salt until I hear it from someone other than Joe Scarborough.

 

And wouldn't something like this be rejected by other decision makers? He can't just literally push a button or something. It sickens me that he has a chance at the presidency, but the only silver lining, is that his outrageous ideas can get rejected by those more level-headed than him, right?
