yea basically except derek doesnt like being called that so i'm gonna go with Goose. instead. listened to a lot of Ghost Light and Circles Around the Sun recently too. you just gotta go to a show and dance

Medeski Martin & Wood (& sometimes Scofield) are really good at straddling the line between jam and jazz as well

they're good. they're just not the best metal band of all time lol like a lot of people seem to treat them

I really like the new Post Malone album and don’t feel very proud about it but it’s got some jams

I have a pretty neutral take on Post Malone, but will say I saw this video before ever hearing the song it’s parodying and embarrassingly thought it was entirely original for wayyyy too long. And now I hate the real song cause it‘ll never be as cool
