The round robin is great. I can't see the league expanding past 11 only for the fact that the other teams that left (Specifically Syracuse) have had success in the ACC and some football success as well. I think the 11 team/20 game league schedule will be perfect.

I miss the Big East pre-Louisville, ND, Syracuse exit. Still I'll just be super happy to see some familiar matchups I grew up with

Friday night is usually a tough night for college basketball. Tomorrow has a full slate of major games. Tonight SDSU plays ok CBSSN I believe

    Games that matter
Wake @ nc state...although I see nc state already blowing them out. If nc state loses they're not making tournament.

Richmond @ Duquesne. Spiders a bubble team, duquesne is decent.

San diego state. Possible 1 seed playing pretty shitty lately.

Sadness. Disappointing for Hall. Outright big east champion would have been special.

Now this team HAS to make a deep run in order to make this a truly special season

one more week left a lot of really interesting questions left to be answered. As chorus official bracketologist here's a breakdown of what i see

Indy (Midwest): (1) Kansas (2) Dayton (3) Creighton (4) Wisconsin
NYC (EAST): (1) Villanova (2) Kentucky (3) Maryland (4) Duke
Houston (SOUTH): (1) Baylor (2) Oregon (3) Florida State (4) Seton Hall
LA (WEST): (1) Gonzaga (2) Michigan State (3) San Diego State (4) Louisville

Seeding those teams seems SO hard this year. I mean, they can go lame and put Zags, Oregon and SDSU all in the west, btu i want them to see more separation.

I also think there's a chance Baylor does NOT get a 1 seed. If Maryland or Michigan State win the big10 tournament i think they should get a 1 seed.

    Bubble:
Last 8 In: Xavier, NC State, Stanford, Texas Tech, Cincinnati, Arizona State, Saint Louis, Oklahoma
Last 8 Out: Purdue, Wichita State, Memphis, Rhode Island, Mississippi State, Texas, UCLA, Tulsa

I will cry if Nova gets a 1.

I don't see it. 2 in NYC is fine by me

Pretty impossible to even guess this year because everything's so close, but I'm fairly certain that no Big East team will get a #1 unless those top teams fall apart. Nova and Creighton should both end up as a #2 if that's the Big East final, and Hall still has an outside chance even after this terrible week if they win the tournament and some other breaks go their way. SOS definitely is in favor of Nova/Hall (#3 and #4, respectively), and all three did well with Quad 1 wins (Nova/Hall tied for #3 and Creighton #6).

Pretty sure Dayton is a #1 in the East if they win the A10 Tournament (NET = #3, RPI = #2). I'm also not big on Maryland as a #1 even if they win the Big 10. #19 for NET, #15 for RPI, #19 in Quad 1 wins. Doesn't feel like it will be enough, even with a tourney win in that tough conference.

Duke will be a 2 or a 3 not a 4 especially if they win the acc tourney

I think they have a chance. To me the only super mega locks are Kansas and Gonzaga. Then you have baylor, maybe Maryland/Michigan state, and then nova/Creighton for the last 2 spots.

Especially for NYC. I think it comes down to big10 or big east

So according to the actual bracketology on espn number 1s are Kansas Dayton Baylor Gonzaga
Number 2s are SDSU FSU UK creighton
Number 3s duke nova MSU seton hall
Number 4s Louisville Oregon Maryland Wisconsin

  24. Wisconsin as a 4 seed was unfathomable even last month haha what an incredible run

"Actual" bracketology. Lunardi isn't even one of the more reliable guys. Better than palm but still.

And only way duke gets a 2 or 3 seed is a deep acc tourney run.
