Did the Panzer Dragoon remake get cancelled!?

 

Of all the games in that series, Saga needs a remake the most. It deserves a much larger audience.

Orta doesn't need a remake at all, so they should just leave that one alone. Perhaps a re-release on other platforms, since you can only play it on the Xbox consoles at this moment. But it doesn't need new graphics or really anything to be honest. Still holds up.

It's still in development last time I checked.

 

They haven't touched the series since 2002, they're bringing it back with remakes of the first two games, there's no way they're not at least considering a remake of Saga

 

This reminds me of Dan Ryckert, MGS enthusiast, saying MGS wasn’t political.

 

I would say MGS is very political but then again I’m not sure of Kojima is actively trying to deliver a message. I also haven’t looked into it though.

Jedi: Fallen Order
NieR Automata
Horizon Zero Dawn

I just finished the Uncharted remastered trilogy and need a break before I move on to the fourth

and once Animal Crossing comes out it's going to be hard to play anything else

 

Jedi fallen order reminded me of uncharted a bit so not that lol

Both nier and HZD are incredible so you can't go wrong with either

 

All amazing games. But I agree with Jake.

 

HZD! I just started a few days ago and it's been really fun

 

As someone who likes all 3 of those games a lot NieR is by far the best of the 3 IMO

 

MGS is political and MGS2 definitely feels like Kojima is delivering that message

 

NieR Automata is the best of the three and is one of my all time favorite games

 

I need to try HZD again. It didn’t stick with me after the few hours I played but it was probably open world fatigue for me

 

The ps2 came out 20 years ago today! I remember it like just yesterday me getting it for the first time. Time flies can’t believe it’s that old

 

I really loved HZD and the dlc is probably my favourite dlc ever

 

The united states government and military are basically lore in MGS so saying those games aren't political is peculiar to say the least.

That Star Wars game is Uncharted with Laser Swords. If you haven't played Horizon yet you're in for a treat. Gorgeous world to explore with some heckin' fun combat. Just be sure to to not sleep on the DLC.

 

What I played of HZD was very enjoyable, eventually I'll revisit it

 

yeah i'm thinking if i went back to it now i might be able to get through it but when I first tried I was so burnt out on that style of game once i got to the point that the larger world map opened up and I saw how big it was I just quit immediately lol

 

Started Outer Worlds and MAN is it a blast so far. Really excited to dig into it over the weekend.

Also, I started Outer Wilds and...don't know if it's for me, or what I'm looking for at this point, may return to it. But it definitely wasn't my cup of tea.

World War Z is a lot of fun solo but it is a BLAST w/ friends. Brothers and I have been enjoying it the last few nights.

Ori previews have me excited, will be a treat.

the more i play Kakarot the more i hate it. it leans on all of my least favorite design philosophies. idk who decided that what i wanted to do in a DBZ game is swim around a barren ocean as Gohan relying on shitty rng to drop stupid fish. and the overworld encounter rate is TERRIBLE and equally bad is the low amount of exp you get from them. and the quests where it's like "go get my x from y at the library" and then you get to the library and suddenly "oh i gave x to z at the park!" kind of shit. im real ready for devs to stop thinking in dollars-to-hours and making games 30 hours longer than they need to.

also there is one physical attack button with no directional variation. punches, kicks, combos - all mapped to mashing circle

 

I need Ori - it's no longer a want

 

really hope this one comes to Switch as well but it looks a deal more demanding

 

Like the main bad dudes in MGS are AI created by the US government to make political policy and control the world.

 

My love of DBZ blinded me to how bad parts of the game are lol. I had a blast playing it
