I saw it before it got taken down.. Seems Metallica was replaced by RHCP and Tool on Friday and Sunday slots. But it seems just to be Sonic Temple. Maybe more will be announced today?

see this is a real interesting one, cause when this happens it’s kind of one of those oh well, sucks but what can you do.

now this one is a little different because they built these feats around Metallica headlining the whole fest, playing completely different sets, and thus the undercards of these fests this year is significantly smaller in scale because of Metallica. I’m sure tons of Metallica fans were traveling to see the different sets

 

Plus both festivals were on sale with just Metallica announced for awhile correct?

 

I know it’s blasphemy but I know I personally would be pissed cause I hate the Red Hot Chili Peppers, they fall into my I don’t get what everyone else gets category.

 

My favorite local venue is having some dumbass log cabin conservative commentator do a show there and I just feel fucking sick about it, lmao.

 

I would be EXTREMELY pissed. Metallica was/is my favorite band for 25 years. RHCP have like 3 songs I like and a whole shit load that I don't.

 

Anyone know the reason behind Metallica dropping? I thought I just read something about James getting out of rehab. Hope it's not related to that.
