Agreed. Even if you feel like you're "faking it" or just pushing through, just ignore those negative thoughts. Or I mean, tell us cause we're all a weird family but whatever. Seek therapy. Get medicated. Those things have helped me TREMENDOUSLY but also just being conscious of self-loathing thoughts. Not expressing these thoughts has actually greatly helped me stop having them in general. And trusting in people, which tbh I just blindly did for a while until it sunk in.
