I mean, it's more like imagine what would happen if pete had 84 of those donors vs 44 or if Amy who has no money got them

I feel like I should watch the new Swamp Thing but all of the drama surrounding the production makes me reluctant to use the DC streaming service.

"There are 14 million union workers who have had to spend invaluable bargaining power in order to just get their basic rights of medical benefits met. Medicare for All Who Want It requires them to keep wasting this bargaining power instead of freeing them up to use it on something else"

"Who Want It" capitalized is hilarious.

The most pro-union, pro-workers’ rights presidential candidate of the last century+ being cast as anti-union is just excellent. Love it.

This is the type of attack Bernie and his people need to do better confronting. Medicare For All Who Want it is a lie that plays on the idea that it gives you more choice than M4A but that is a lie.

M4A is the plan of freedom of choice not Medicare For All Who Want It.

Freedom to go to any doctor or any hospital anywhere in the country without fear that you will go bankrupt because that doctor is out of network of does not accept your plan. Freedom from the choice between going to the doctor and putting food on the table when you are sick. Freedom of choice to decide to leave one job for another without fear that you will lose your health insurance coverage. Freedom to choose to unionize and strike for better wages without risking a lapse in or loss of coverage. Freedom from the price gouging and fixing of prescription drug companies that often charge Americans 10x more for the same medicine than they do the people of Canada and other countries around the world.

Medicare for All offers comprehensive coverage for medical, dental and vision without the insanely high deductibles of private health Insurance plans. "Medicare For All who want it" is the illusion of choice, but all it gives you is the option to choose one high deductible, super expensive plan over another higher deductible even more costly plan, while limiting you to a specific network of doctors while usually requiring you to pay separate premiums and have separate plans for vision and dental coverage, if u can afford these "extra supplemental plans". These are not good choices.

Just want to reiterate that, in all likelihood, Bernie’s M4A bill as is will not become law, and we actually will end up with something closer to a public option, and that’s okay! A public option would almost undoubtedly result in universal coverage, especially if you include automatic enrollment.

Bernie’s M4A works better as an Overton window shifting starting point in a negotiation.
