I even played the shit out of the LMA Manager games, they were fun as fuck

 

Ultimate Soccer Manager 98 (yes I’m old) was the best football manager, you could take bribes and pay for teams to throw matches lol.

 

nba street, nfl street, fifa street and def jam were my stuff

that time where everything ea made ruled was fun

 

So it was realistic

 

Freekstyle was so good

 

Is so good

 

All the street games were awesome, even as someone who doesn’t follow basketball I used to love nba street. Another great sports game was nfl hitz where you could have punch ups in the game.

 

Ah great point. Don't forget nhl hitz, I think it was called that? On gamecube

 

I used to buy Madden every year until about 5 years ago or so. That’s probably all I would play. And going back further NBA Live before it went away the first time. Used to be damn good too but just lost interest.

 

I remember the ncaa football games were also really good also

they were so good that there is a pc community dedicated to them which is fun

 

Beat Uncharted 1 for the first time. It wasn’t as bad as I was lead to believe but definitely the weakest of the series.

This Malicos boss fight in Fallen Order is reallllly starting to bug me. I hate how you can’t move fast enough sometimes when your trying to get away from a combo in this game. Plus having the heal on the d pad is alway so awkward, and it’s my main gripe of this game.

The heal animation time bugged me sometimes. I didn’t realize the like super force push breaks his parry bar all the way for a while.

 

It’s funny because all the vids are like “don’t bother using force push it doesn’t work”. I spammed the l1 + square, and force pushed him right before he was about to attack. Though yeah the heal animation is brutal in a fast fight like that, and that’s what kept making me mad. It was a good fight though otherwise. This game has had some fun 1v1 light saber battles.

 

Um, can yall give me some gaming podcast recommendations? Not so much recent gaming news/reviews stuff, podcasts that look at games in retrospect and discussion about past games/franchises.
