I just how Bernie or Warren or someone else with guts just goes out to Iowa on Saturday and immediately says “any foreign countries out there, if you have information in Donald Trump’s corruption, id love to have it.” Time to shove their shit back into their face.

honestly this should have been the sole GOP position from day one but Trump is such a goddamn narcissistic moron that he kept forcing people to push the “perfect call” narrative for far too long

None of these talking heads ever call out these fucking Republican goons on their bullshit about “bipartisan”. This asshat on CNN is talking about how it’s not gonna be bipartisan and in fact his acquittal night actually be bipartisan, and no one just says to him “because the Republican Party is never going to vote to do the right thing if it means hurting the Republican Party. That’s why it’s not bipartisan.”

Not only is he okay having a president who abuses the office of the presidency to go after political opponents,

He's also okay having a president who, by his own admission, has lied to our faces about this shit for the last six months

Its just utterly and completely ridiculous

Anyways, sure would be nice if republicans hadn't stolen that FL senate seat in 2018...

Regarding Lamar Alexander, imagine believing that withholding promised aid to a foreign country so that they would investigate a major political opponent and interfere in the election is not impeachable. Honestly, it's hard to imagine things that would be more impeachable, in my opinion, than trying to cheat the semi-democratic processes which are keeping him in power. Perhaps using his position for personal profit would be worse, but he's also done that quite a bit these last three years.

Woke up a mixture of angry and despairing today. Roberts not breaking the tie would be so goddamn dumb.

Oh also this probably means Manchin votes to acquit because he's gonna say "well I wanted to see more evidence, but I had to vote based off of what evidence I did see"
