If Tulsi does endorse someone it will be Bernie. But she will probably just wait it out and support him if he is the nominee, if not she will keep quiet (unless someone agrees to give her a cabinet position)

Yang will definitely stay in the race until at least super Tuesday, maybe longer depending on how he fairs and if he makes the March debate. Whether he endorses Bernie or not, I'd give it 50-50. He might wait until the convention and just back the nominee.
