prudential is sorta like msg, i don't think there's a bad seat in the house. saw nin there many years ago way up in the cheap seats and what an experience

barclays, if you're high up enough, the sound will be completely incoherent. somehow ruined a fucking janet jackson concert for me, an experience i once thought unruinable. also the atmosphere there is VERY stressful

The Jersey show will definitely be more nuts, but if you plan on doing both cities I'd say wait on getting the NJ tickets. I'll put all my money on them adding a second night there. You might have better luck getting closer seats for the second show.

I'm coming from the Upper West Side, so I'm trying to figure out what is the easier commute, Barclays or Prudential.

JEW seems like such an odd choice for an opener.

    NYC now/PGH forever

I've gone to Barclays for hockey games before from my work on the Upper East and once you get on a subway line that stops there it's super easy.

I'm just worried the brooklyn tickets are gonna sell out in minutes and I'm not looking forward to the panicking tomorrow.

Y'all I was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow right when tickets go on sale but they just called and wanted to reschedule it for tonight. Basically telling myself it is a sign from the universe for me to get tickets. Detroit here I come I guess (maybe...hopefully...I hate decisions)

prudential def not the easier commute. nj transit is forbidding

Barclays has left me scarred ever since the Bon Iver show in October when the trains were fucked up and it took me 2 hours to get home. But good point the NJ transit is probably even more of a gamble. For some reason I thought the PATH took you to Prudential.
Gonna aim for Barclays tickets, already having anxiety about noon tomorrow.

So I’m having an internal struggle. I don’t enjoy concerts at American Airlines in Dallas. It’s an hour and a half drive after work on a Wednesday. The ticket purchasing process is stressful. I love this band, but I feel like my present self doesn’t actually want to go, maybe I’m just honoring my previous self that missed all my chances and don’t want to regret that again.. anyway. Is anyone else feeling the same? Just seems like a lot of work to actually go see them.

My mom doesn't want me to buy tickets because I may not even live in Minnesota anymore by the time the MN date comes around because I don't know where I'm going to college yet :/ This is stressful.

People have the advice pretty well covered thus far. One thing I'll add. This isn't a terribly common scenario, but regardless:

Do not, under any circumstances, try to switch from one device to another once you're logged in/in the queue, especially if you're no longer near the device you started on. You will NOT be allowed back in.

So, for example, you can't open a browser on your computer, log in, join the queue, then get frustrated that it's taking so long and leave the house and rejoin the queue on your phone. It will tell you to return to your original browser/device, and at that point, you'll probably be locked out of that device as well.

I thought The Used and MCR's rift was kind of too big. Bert always seems a dick about them, from what I remember? Certainly the fact he probably hasn't sung "I've lost all doubt in a chemical romance" in Take It Away live since it happened. Not saying that's everything, of course lol, but as someone who follows both bands a fair bit, I can't really imagine Bert getting on with MCR these days. He's a bit of a tool.

Standard seats pulled out of the general pile by Ticketmaster and inflated. It's just Ticketmaster acting as their own secondary market.

They patched all that up years ago. I’ve heard stories of people seeing Bert and Gerard hug at one of the LA shows when the Used was touring with Franks band. Bert is still a character but he’s calmed down a lot in his older, sober years haha.

    That's what I said! So...no new album?? I mean, I suppose that doesn't mean there won't be new music...but I dunno now!

if you don't live IN manhattan/brooklyn, traveling to Barclays can be a certified nightmare.
