Ugh im hooked on chewing tobacco (the pouches) and I really need to stop. If I stop then the money i save would be pretty equal to my monthly bill I have to pay for fixing my teeth

 

Kicking nicotine is hard af man. You can buy the pouches that just have nicotine (no tobacco), that's what my ex started doing. Went from the actual chew (fucking nasty), to the pouches to just the nicotine pouches. But you said you have adhd and so does he so he was using it to self medicate. Do you think if you got meds you'd find it easier to quit?

 

They have like these coffee caffeine pouches that are supposed to be good for quitting. I've quit before by just having hard candy on me and sucking on hard candy when I have the urge I may just try that. I don't think meds would make a difference.
