Unless I’m misreading and there’s some diplomatic doublespeak going on, it doesn’t sound like they resigned in protest.

In a public statement, Medvedev said the proposed amendments to the Constitution will change the balance of power among Russia's executive, legislative, and judicial branches.

“In this context, it's obvious that we, as the government of the Russian Federation, must provide the president of our country with the opportunity to make all necessary decisions in these conditions,” said Medvedev, explaining that his cabinet resigned in accordance with Article 117 of the Russian Constitution, which empowers the president to “instruct” the federal government, until a new cabinet is formed.

Last night CNN asked Bernie if told Warren if he believed a woman could not become president. Bernie said no he didn’t say that, he would never say that.

CNN then turned to Warren and asked her what did you think when Bernie told you a woman can’t become president. And she said she disagreed.

so Bernie supporters are upset that warren is letting the narrative go on that Bernie is a sexist and thinks a woman can’t become president and some online supporters are calling her a snake and subsequently replying with snake emojis to her post debate tweets.
