Anyone that thinks MCR would put on a better show than RATM is out of their mind

 

I’ve seen both… RATM is good minus Zack. His voice is really terrible live. MCR was always hit or miss. Neither are great live bands, IMO but both are “fun”.

 

Someone in a Facebook group I am in got an email about it. Looks like they are playing two cities in California.

 

I mean, the quality in music is a step down, so that may be why. Can’t speak about live performance as I haven’t seen RATM and just saw MCR less than a month ago.

 

Could also be the Pearl Jam tour. I heard something about them having Phoenix stop a while back

Wonder what the venues are? If this is an area tour, this seems really close in advance to announce like that

 

Prolly arena basketball/hockey arenas umm I don’t think you know how crazy Pearl Jam fans are. Every date will be sold out.

I mean I really hope itll be this week, The teasing tbh has gone far too long and the hype has died a little. I feel like if it isn't next week than I really dont know when itll be announced, I would like a new CD for my collection though hahaha but I really do hope we get something tomorrow

 

Arena tour is what I've heard. For LA, they're supposed to play The Forum

 

I feel a lot of people feel that way, me included. After the first Friday when we got nothing my hyped died, even though they’re my favourite band. Apparently though it was supposed to be announced 2 days ago but got delayed until Monday but we’ll seeee

 

Not a fan of cryptic teasing for this very reason. Often bands will be teasing for too long and the hype dies

 

Hard agree, it seems so many bands are doing it lately especially with how long they’re teasing the announcements. However it’s made me grateful for the bands who either tease something for a day or two and release something (like Alexisonfire) or who just don’t be cryptic in the first place.

 

Any idea when Chase Atlantic will be back in the States?

 

They seem to be taking a small hiatus rn, they were hoping to get new music out by now, but got delayed. Workaholics those boys are.
