I mean, thats literally a logical counterpoint. Its not hard to appear good when almost every other position group on the roster is at or near the top of the league. Jimmy G doesnt have to do anything. They would probably be in this situation with Mullens.

I mean, go the next logical step and state why you think so. Why aren’t the other guys being lifted by Jimmy’s play? Why aren’t they hurt in their evaluations because the players around them are really good, too?

Because they have one of the best coaches in the league that creates a scheme that keeps his QB safe by scheming receivers open and keeping defenses guesses by using a rotating cast of running backs leaving defenses unable to fully commit to the pass or run
