I saw them open for Deafheaven and really dug their aesthetic and sound live. My friends all have their new album in their top 10, so they must be doing something right. lol

they kinda pioneered atmospheric guitar like post rock wouldnt exist without their influence

 

lol it was different from what I expected from a Deafheaven opener. I'm glad they don't just pick black metal bands. The only opener I absolutely loathed of theirs was DIIV. Fuck that band is boring.
