Well I can safely say that after this weekend, I never want to do shrooms again. I took like 2-2.5 grams and had such a bad trip. I was around a lot of people on different psychedelics but my girlfriend was the only one I truly know and felt comfortable around, so I think it was just a bad idea doing it around so many strangers in someone else's home. Pretty much ended the night waiting for it to be over and having my poor girlfriend care for me

I will say though... Nitrous is an amazing drug I could see myself getting addicted to haha. Definitely never buying it because I know I'd get hooked.

 

I was just thinking earlier that maybe I don’t need to wake and bake every day, haha.

I used to wake and bake every day in college, and looking back on it now, I have no idea how I functioned lol. Nowadays, when I smoke, I'm burnt out and exhausted the rest of the day, so I prefer it at night unless I know I'm just in for a relaxing day in my home and not going anywhere

 

Yeah i wait until i get home and workout and then it's game time.

 

I don’t typically smoke if I’m doing something like work or school but if it’s an off day wake and bake is fair game

 

I dunno one hit before work makes the day go by easier.

Sorry you went through that, man. Had a nightmarish trip last year on 6 grams while my girlfriend was on a business trip. It was my third time using them in my life- other two times were emotional but also spiritually fulfilling. This time was just pure uncompromising darkness. Was alone in my apartment and was flipping a shit. I spent nearly the entire time on the phone with my friend who helped me through it- god bless him. Im a v sensitive person in general but that trip brought me to the deepest depths of despair- cold sweats and constant dread. It can be really terrifying to be in that state. Made me reconsider my relationship with drugs as a whole, especially since my father was an addict when i was a kid (hes okay now). Maybe ill do them again years from now, with good friends again, but as of now, im too scarred by that experience.

 

Thanks a lot, I'm sorry you went through such a rough trip, too! The sweats were definitely a thing for me too, my face got soaked all of a sudden and I couldn't even feel it until I brushed my hand on my face. Could barely move at all and even sipping on a drink was difficult. Glad I finally made myself puke haha.

Glad you had such a good friend to talk you through it. I know it definitely helped me knowing my girlfriend was there to tell me it'll be ok

 

Just took my test y’all. No Quick Fix Plus. It’s been roughly 3 weeks since my last smoke sesh, and 3 weeks before then, and I tested myself a few times at home. Pretty sure I’m clean lol. Waiting on the results to get absolutely ripped-van-toodled. 1-2 days seems longer than ever before haha.

All the dispensaries in Chicago are hiring but there’s no way I could get a second job on top of my normal schedule right now.

Has anyone ever worked at a dispensary? I’d be interested in knowing what kind of, if any, opportunities for advancement there are. I’m a retail manager who has never worked in sales, but my job is driving me crazy at the moment
