I wasn’t crazy about the Mou hiring from the start, but I’m giving him at least a chance. This team is a mess, and there’s no quick and easy fix for it. And yeah, Mou probably won’t be able to fix it but I’m not sure anyone could at this point. This team needs to be rebuilt, it’s just not working for some reason.

 

What the absolute fuck is the point of VAR????? Williams completely taken out with the Wolves player not even getting close. No foul? Fucking complete bollocks. Chickenshit referees.

I love how whenever it’s Spurs the headline is them “fighting back to earn a draw”, whereas if it was Arsenal or United it would be about us “rescuing a draw”.

Spurs are cursed. I took over in FM after getting my Bournemouth team to 5th place in the league. Spurs finished 16th but I decided to move because I knew I wouldn’t stand a chance at keeping any of my good players in the summer. They had an absolutely wonderful 1.2m transfer fund. Amazing. Team has barely changed since the first summer and everyone is fecking shit.

I can’t even buy a win. I’ve never managed a team with this many good players with great stats that fit perfectly into my system that just can’t win. Can’t score. Can’t defend. Fuck.

On the bright side Bournemouth got absolute raided and are struggling too so at least I saw that coming...

Players usually get a signing on fee. Has he just handed his over to his dad? I've no clue how an agent manages to recoup a 75% commission though. That's insane.

 

On an old save I got the Spurs job. Top of the league just had to draw the final game of the season to win the title, obviously we lost. It's a realistic game.

 

That happened Liverpool in my first season. They were 10 points clear in February. Second last game of the season and 1 behind City. They won their second last and City lost. Managed to lose the last game of the season with City winning. I had nothing to play for at that time so I was keeping a close eye. So tense.

Though my game has been fairly unrealistic. Ole led United to win everything in the second season. Spurs managed to stay up by a point. WHY DID I TAKE THIS JOB!!!
