Started and finished Three Fourths Home. Short and interesting little game. Only complaint is that there wasn't a toggle for driving.

 

I hate it when content like this is locked behind store exclusive pre-orders.

 

@lightning13 grabbed AC:Syndicate for $20 better not disappoint...

It is very good and well worth $20.

Anybody grow up playing these? I didn't experience them until my 20's, really. But man. What an amazing set of JRPG titles from the 8 and 16 bit days. Phantasy Star IV's story is incredible and impactful. I love these games, though the first 2 are serious grinds. I just love all the interesting lore in the first two.

 

I never played those games but I think it's crazy that people still have private servers set up to play phantasy star online from the dreamcast.

 

Is it still worth getting a 3DS? I really kind of want one to play Nintendo games because I've never owned a Nintendo console

 

Definitely worth it, as long as it is an XL version.

I've gone back and forth between getting one or just buying a N64 or GameCube at my local game store, but I know when you start buying games for that they can be hard to find and start to get expensive

 

Yep. N64 titles and cube titles are as high as they've ever been, but not SNES and NES highs. Those continue to be difficult to collect for on a budget. Sometimes, it's best to just snag the EverDrive for those older consoles and just buy games you will want to play a lot.

 

I'm hardly the only person in this thread that thinks it's the best in the series or the best in a long time.

 

I've been playing this game called Cook, Serve, Delicious! since watching the Overcooked stuff got me excited about playing a good cooking game.

CSD is really, really fun. Can see myself sinking a few hours into it, serving food is almost rhythmic when you get into a rush hour flow.

 

Make me a hamburger.

 

Single, double or triple. Any cheese or bacon?

 

CSD was a minor obsession of mine a while back. I'm looking forward to sinking a lot of time whenever the sequel comes out.

Watching this Sega stream where they're supposed to be showing off the new Sonic game and it's just two bad DJs. They had some guy in a Sonic suit dancing but he got told to leave by some guy in the back, haha.

 

Game is just so good, definitely has that JUST ONE MORE DAY aspect that makes you want to keep going, got 3 hours in it already. CERTIFIED 1 star restaurant boys.

Apparently 2 has 150 food options? I wonder if they'll let you open your restaurant at different locations so you can spec into certain types of food/restaurants. (It sucks having -5% buzz for serving alcohol, damn you tower!)

 

I actually have both, but I forgot what was the main difference between 2 and Off the Record besides swapping MCs and the amusement park?

 

OTR you just played as Frank with the exact same story line, missions, etc.
It looks like it will be sold physically as a bundle. Digital might be a different story.
