THE Ahsoka scene.

 

I just watched Savage behead like 10 Black Sun dudes the other night.

 

Finished the new book Force Collector and it’s...not good. There’s no conflict or tension in the entire book and the plot feels like two very different stories awkwardly shoved together. There’s one or two fun moments/canon items, but not enough to warrant spending the time to read it.

 

been going back and listening to Star Wars books on audible. did the Thrawn Trilogy of course, Darth Bane, a few others. Just finished Revenge of the Sith. Man that was really good! a lot of great added depth and exciting scenes. Next I have Labyrinth of Evil and Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader.

also among doing my rewatch of the Skywalker Saga, finally started Rebels, enjoying it so far. stoked for the final season of Clone Wars

 

Caught up on Resistance. Didn't like the curse episode, the next one with Tam on the other fueling ship was better. Though cartoon Hux was bad. Even though he is a bit of a punching bag in the movies, he at least has a hint of menace there. He just comes off as whiney in this.

 

First issue of The Rise of Kylo Ren was fucking great. A+ Even more excited for the film now.

 

Might be the first comic series I shell out the cash to get. I’m so curious about that story

 

Finished Resistance Reborn. It wasn’t my favorite, but it was solid. I enjoyed a lot of the other canon call backs, especially for Bloodline.

I gotta think Lando is one of the people on the stolen list

 

Holy shit, I love the first issue of Rise of Kylo Ren. This should be a great series.

 

Mortis is so good

 

So force healing kind of takes place in the mortis arc in clone wars. Anakin transfers the daughters life into ahsoka.

 

Are there any plans to have any tv show and or movie set in the old republic?

 

I think KK said they'll have some announcements in January so we'll see. Nothing confirmed.

Probably the best thing to come out of TRoS. Excited to see if they do anything with him but not confident they won't botch it...

 

Maybe if it had been in the movie in someway.

 

Does anyone have or collect Star Wars Lego sets? Got an itch to go buy one. Anyone recommend one that they really enjoyed building?

 

I have built the tie fighter and bb8 and liked both. I've also built the millennium falcon playset but prefer the more display type Lego sets.

 

Both look great! Id want more of the display type as well. I was looking at the current Kyle Ren shuttle and Milleninum Falcon sets. Is the Falcon you have the latest one? I know theres several on the market.

 

No it's an older version and the top opens up so you can play inside it.

 

I have waaaay too many Star Wars LEGO sets. The BB-8 set is really good. I bought the Yoda one this year but haven’t built it yet.

I have the Falcon and Ren’s shuttle from TFA era, so I skipped those this year. Those were both fun builds, too.

 

Awesome, yeah I think Im going with the Falcon!
