true story when we went to look at our apartment, you have to go out to manorville to a model community bc there are no models on site in any of the communities, and we were inside alone the two of us and we heard the door open and another couple came up the stairs and were checking it out too, and we got to talking to them and they were like "yeah we are looking at the community in patchogue" and i knew at the time that there was only one apartment becoming available in patchogue in the next 5 months, so when they left the room i said to my (now) wife, "if you like this, we gotta fucking go now bc its us or them" lol
