Good takeover. Women get MOTN but both wargames matches were excellent and the other two were also very enjoyable

Yeah I can’t believe they let Ciampa do that. Especially since they said they’ll keep monitoring him

 

That was as KO a match as Ive ever seen. Set up the tables, tease around them, come back to them for the finish...only thing I didnt guess was the frog splash into KOR.

BUt my god, that Ciampa/Cole spot is perfect. It looks even crazier than Richochet's backflip, and yet is safer.

 

In a true KO match he would've been the one who got sent through the structure he set up

I genuinely thought two WarGames matches might be too much; saving spots, etc...and Im not sure there was a single major overlap. Even the tables tied in nicely.

 

Really the only thing lacking in NXT right now is the state of their tag team division, but if they turns Lee and Dijak into a tag team like it looks like they are planning and send The Revival back they'll be in a much better shape there. Probably need one more team though to make the division really stand out. Trying to think of the right pairing to make / send back from SD or Raw would be.

 

they were really smart about it. Using the Dakota stuff so the story of the two matches were different, and then let the women use garbage cans/kendo sticks/chairs while the men used tables. There was definitely a bit of overlap with the whole "person tossed into the side of the ring and falls behind the ropes" but like, its almost hard not to do that spot so hard to complain.

 

Have this Cain doc on in the background. Was pretty cool seeing Flair give him pointers on a headlock

There was also this hesitancy in the crowd, since a 4th persons music didnt hit at the intro, that the face team might not have someone coming to save them. Doubled down on, since it happened earlier in the night.

 

Mauro is the best; "there is no honor in this ring" as KO is teasing the package piledriver on Cole

According to Wikipedia, women's NXT survivor series team is Rhea, Candice, Bianca, Io and Toni

That's a real strong team. Probably the best of the three women's teams. Hopefully they pick up the win.
