I can't imagine many things worse than seeing Waterparks live

 

Walked past them at Reading last year whilst waiting to see Creeper on main stage and it was honestly awful.

Still mad that one of the only times I saw Creeper was opening for Waterparks

 

Listened to a couple tracks from their new album and it was decent. Don't know why they get so much hate.

 

Judging by current announcements it'll probably be someone more like JEW or Thursday for main support.

Highly doubt someone like As It Is are gonna support. That sounds like it more stems from the vocalist dressing like 00's MCR? Openly so, of course. Just would be weird.

in a bizarre turn of events, while I was talking to chris conley of saves the day over the weekend, he confirmed that he's solo opening for the thursday roxy show.

wouldn't confirm if MCR is on it but gave me a knowing grin. take that for what you will.

so yeah if any of you show up and get a show thats thursday + saves the day and are disappointed by that you can personally kick my ass i guess

 

Honestly, I get that people dislike their teen fanbase, loud aggressive aesthetic, and Awsten's social media personality, but their music & lyrics are really fucking solid and relevant and don't deserve the bad rep they get.

Just looked the roster on Hopeless and there are only three bands on there I like, two of which I hardly listen to these days

I didn't listen and people can like what they want and all that so it's whatever, have fun and enjoy music you like

But I do love the idea of the statement "yes hip hop is famously free of any public criticism"
