Same. I’m going to LA this weekend from Boston for $320 round trip, if the flight was that cheap for that weekend in December I’d be there.

The last four song stretch on Revenge is honestly the best thing ever.

 

Is anyone else going to try and fly to CA for this show?

 

I’m thinking about it. Really depends on if this $150 ticket price is a placeholder really.

Edit: nvm round trip tickets are $600 for that weekend. Can’t do that.

It’s around 300 round trip if we drive 2 hours to fly out of Dallas instead of the town we live in. But that’s x2 for my wife and I. I’m almost 30 and idk if I have this kind of thing in me anymore

 

I'd happily pay like £500 but it'd end up costing me well over a grand.

 

Flights are likely vastly increased that weekend due to it being right before Christmas.

My buddy is getting married in Austin, TX the weekend after Thanksgiving and flights are like triple of what they normally would be due to the holiday. I just randomly checked a few dates from CLE to LA and the weekend of the show, the flights were at least doubled from the other dates I checked.

 

Yeah, cost is literally doubled.

I’ll just have to stowaway on a FedEx flight or something.

 

I'll just go see Star Wars and watch clips on YouTube the day after lol

Also, this person pretty much turned out to be right. There was a pop-up in LA yesterday, it just wasn’t a pop-up show as we assumed. So I’m just holding out for the arena tour, even if that Andy Greenwald comment gives me pause.

 

100% a power ballad, like textbook power ballad. One of the all time great ones too.

 

Takes me back to high school blasting those last 4 on repeat. My gf at the time was so obsessed with I Never Told You What I Do For A Living.

 

I got the Three Cheers CD for Christmas back in the day and for whatever reason my computer would always cause a scratch on Its Not a Fashion Statement and Cemetery Drive and I can never unhear it from those songs. For the longest time I thought Cemetary Drive closed out with a ton of weird static noise and music cutting in and out

It’s cool they released the songs. It’s almost like Party Poison, Destroya, Vampire Money and maybe We Don’t Need Another Song About CA could’ve been written during the CW sessions. At least that’s how I like to think about it.
