I owe around $660 in taxes.

 

So I've been a little hopped up on painkillers so I can't remember if I told you all, but I have Gout in my left big toe. I quit life.

This should be the first year in the last few that I don't owe money in taxes.

 

I owed $550 in taxes. Couple that with my $1,000 medical bill for when I broke my wrist a month and a half ago and I am

 

Actually got a great refund this year BUT i had a child so that's why.

 

Sometimes I just want to curl up in a little ball and cry for hours when I see how much I still owe in medical bills.

 

Apparently if you're married but never changed your filing status with your employer from single you get a big refund.

 

I got around $1000 back, but it's because I'm paying for school. It'll all go immediately back into school/my new car payment.

 

damn. i gotta get married.

 

I didn't get shit for that. I wrote like 3 $7500 checks in the past year and a half for school ;_;

Seriously? Did you forget to include that part on your return? I would've got like $100 if I didn't include my school payments.

 

I've never not gotten a tax refund. Sadly my $900 is all gone and I need it bad

sure, but it means your paycheck is lower than it should be as well, so that's not really ideal.

I knew that at the time. Honestly it worked out well. I was making a to. Of money last year but took a big pay cut when I left the Army so it was a nice little bonus since things have been tight in my household and helps with get back a lot of our savings we burned through the past couple months.
