Will someone who isn’t as into these “Indie” type movies enjoy this? Or is it so fucking out there that they wouldn’t. Debating if I’m gonna see this alone or bring my girlfriend along

 

the folks on either side of me fell asleep. i liked it. there's a lovely music to the language and some memorable images. i coulda watched the ocean churn for hours

I’m having a hard time finding a showing near me, bummer

 

They canceled my showing at the theater close to me so I’m having to drive an extra half hour out of my way now to watch. Lame

This is playing at my theater for only one night? There's two shows on Thursday night but none the rest of the week. Wtf

I'm going to be out of town that night. I am bummed.

 

Probably just haven't released showtimes beyond Thursday yet. The theaters around here usually update their showtimes on Wednesday for the upcoming week (Fri-Thurs)

 

Yeah we do ours Tuesday afternoon and the full week was scheduled. They pulled the Thursday night showings of it now, so looks like they aren't showing it at all. Had to make room for such masterpieces as The Current War and a re-release of Scary Stories to Tell In The Dark. Such a shit theater.

 

Ugh. That's terrible. Hopefully things will change and they'll announce some more screenings.

 

this is one of those films where every frame is absolutely essential to the finished product

 

I'm seeing this on Halloween night. Very stoked.

 

To those that have seen it, is the dialect hard to pick up on or was it pretty easy to make out what they’re saying?

 

it’s not exactly easy but I could make out most everything

 

So this was showing at two theaters in my areas as of yesterday, today zero. I’m pissed. I’ve had tickets purchased for both and both have been refunded now within hours of each other.

 

Got my tix for Sat. Excited.

Seeing this at 11a with my Dad. Should be interesting lol

 

are they just not selling enough tickets or something? wonder why so many showings are being cancelled
