Love the Chris Knight record.

 

had the chance to see chris knight last month, super kicking myself for not going.

 

Seems like, on top of Dawes and Mike Viola, Mandy’s working with Natalie Hemby, Lori McKenna, and Liz Rose. Could be a fairly country-ish record.

I was also just looking at Moreland's twitter yesterday and googling to try to figure out what he's up to. Does this trick work for all my favorite artists?

I'm assuming since people here have listened to the podcast Cocaine & Rhinestones? I started it a couple days ago. The stories are pretty great. I don't like the way the guy reads it at all, but I'm enjoying it nonetheless

I also don't know whether I like him in general haha. He also has a podcast called Your Favorite Band Sucks which seems to exist just to shit on popular bands. Did not give that a listen though

I’ve seen that guy be such a buffoon on Twitter that I really have no interest in trying out the pod.

 

Just posting this as a reminder of how great the Ian Noe album is. It will prob end up being my 2nd favorite album of the year but this might be my favorite song of the year. The album is near perfect.

 

Probably in my top 5 for the year as well

 

Any Micky and the Motorcars fans in here? They started in Idaho so I have a soft spot for them but I think people would like them regardless. Their new album from last week is great.
