I am truly desperate because I just reached out to my boss from Newbury Comics to ask if he needed holiday help ahhahaa. He hated me because I spoke my mind and gave my notice to leave at the same time my other friend did (although he loves her!! and she's coming back for the holiday) but he holds me leaving against me somehow. Story of my life. But doing that job again for the holidays would be easy plus I like some of the people there. Plus discount for Christmas presents lol.

He would honestly be an idiot to hire some 18 year old kid whose parents will complain about them working around the holidays (had that happen) and that he would have to train when he could have a former key holder who knows how to do the job.

The dude at auto zone said he thought my alternator was bad but it turns out it was just a bad battery. Toyota said it’s still under warranty so they’ll fix it for free. They also found out someone slashed a part in my tire so they offered to fix it. They were going to charge $150 to fix it when the part was only $5 and the cost would come from labor.

I’m cancelling capitalism because that is an outrage. We said no tho.
