Apparently “Thunder Road” isn’t a real song.

JMJ is so good at considering drums.

yooo I'm on "One Mil" and I have the goofiest dumbest smile on my face at this chorus

this is the most power pop song since "Jen". straight up Jimmy know all the Weezer fans are lurking in their fanbase and they're just giving us this gift. I'm so happy with it

  8. i can’t believe they made a song like congratulations i mean i do believe it but i can’t believe it

"One Mil" really is late 90s / early 00s power pop

the last kind of song I thought they would do after Integrity Blues

    I love a pivot tho

  13. Man, that soaring key change for the bridge in Diamond has really got me feeling some kind of way.

I just threw Half Heart on the track listing after Love Never to see how it goes. Still a good song, but I definitely prefer the original 10 track sequencing.

I like the orange, but I'd take a blue version that matches the color of the hoodie from the preorder:

Honestly, sounded much better on my soundbar this morning getting ready than on my headphones last night. So weird - as as I genuinely fall in love with records on headphones.

I can't remember the actual order but Polaris, 23, and Night Drive ...are they on top of each other? If so - I can't think of a better 3 song stretch of nearly anyone in this scene.

to the surprise of absolutely no one, the best and most consistent band of their era continue to be the best and most consistent

Someone would probably say they're too consistent and should hang it up.

the fact that they've never even remotely missed and the fact that Jim Adkins does not, in fact, age surely have to be intertwined right? we're not being told the full story folks
