Also, how do the iiconics, cesaro, aop, and fire and desire not get drafted? I guess some people had to stay where they were

 

So, they went out of their way at the start of RAW to talk about anyone not drafted being a free agent. I can see them running stories, in the vein of Heath Slater, where people are getting brands to compete for them. Like, the IIconics traveling between RAW/SD promising to sign if they get a womens tag champ match, and then reneging when they lose. Cesaro bouncing between NXT UK and NXT looking for matches, etc.

Not sure with Fire and Desire, though I think splitting them would be smart (for Sonya who would be better in singles action on SD). AOP is probably waiting for the right time to reintroduce (their not in the Crown Jewel match, for example).

 

For the last Crown Jewel, they trotted out AJ v Joe #26 simply to fill the card...even though that feud ended pretty definitively at Super Show Down. So they're definitely dumb enough to do another DQ finish to a match without DQ's to follow up HIAC.

 

Ok, so I just saw the Bray segment and I actually don’t mind it. Kinda liked it. It’s in line with everything we have seen on firefly funhouse before. We hadn’t seen Seth get his turn to be on top, even though we don’t want that. It was better than Randy burning down the house. Got some barber shop/pipers pit vibes.

I thought raw was pretty good. Way better than Smackdown. Solid matches. Everything made sense except Nattie and Lacey being partners. And I actually like the rosters minus the non existent tag divisions on either brand. Now if WWE will just get out of wait and see mode.

are they still gonna have takeovers or will they just add NXT matches to the ppvs?

just saw the video - actually liked that segment because Rollins is only making the Fiend angrier - that fun house was probably the only thing keeping Wyatt sane and now the Fiend is going to be uncontrollable

Definitely going to still have Takeovers, I just suspect they'll compete with AEW shows versus being attached to WWE PPV weekends after War Games.
