I watched Joker the other day and I really wish I hadn't now

 

was it that bad of a movie? every person i know who has seen it has loved it - am i just associating with uncultureds?

 

like my one friend (who is a comic guy, whos opinion i trust a lot) said it was better than endgame.

 

It's just the more I look back at it, the more I just dislike about it

 

I've heard lots of good and lots of bad

More good than bad though

I still don't really care but it's intriguing watching the back and forth on it

 

I'm probably not even gonna watch

 

I think Joaquin did a really great job with the role, but the actual plot just felt a fucking mess

 

I’m sure it’s shit, but like Scorsese said, these films aren’t actual films and should be avoided at all cost.

 

I didn't watch it as a CBM and as just a movie it was fine I guess, Joaquin was good but it had nothing to say, and I don't give a shit where the Joker comes from he's a murderous sociopath

 

That ending rubbed me the wrong way too. Was it me, or was Joker basically saying ”make sure you fund the mentally ill or we will just kill everyone”?

i thought it was fine, not great, not horrible, although some moments lost me. I think 80% of the movie was all in his head tho
