What’re clams and mussels like? Are they pretty much like oysters? Never had em

Tonight I’m trying to watch insteada listen.

 

Mussels are the best! With a white wine and garlic broth and that’s one of my favorite dishes in the world.
But they aren’t really that much like oysters. They’re steamed in a broth of some sort, not eaten raw. Fairly sweet, and not too briny

 

That sounds great. Maybe I’ll make them at my house soon.

 

I'm not very good at describing taste at all hahaha but both are pretty different than oysters. Mussels are delicious though, based on what I know about your taste I'm sure you'd like mussels and clams. I haven't had em in a while, last time was both clams+mussels on the side with some lobster for dinner and it was an awesome combo.
