You know, fam, I’m in this really weird place in my life. I feel more aimless than I ever been, trying to figure out what to do in this world. I don’t know really how to feel about shit. I know I want to keep pushing on, I gotta find that place.

 

I just try not to think about it. I have no idea what I'm doing or where I'm going.

 

People say things get easier, but the days get shorter and things get darker.

 

Well I like short days, but yeah I don;t agree it gets easier.

 

I wish I knew more people who stay up as late as I do.

 

Holy crap - that was your car??

 

Fortunately no, we got off like 3 minutes before this happened. But we left our backpack in one of the cars and had been talking with the skyliner staff about our bag and how we could go about getting it back when the whole operation shutdown.

They were saying that once it was up and running again, they’d anticipate it would take about 18 minutes for the car with our bag in it to make it to the next stop where someone would hopefully have turned it in.

The problem was the thing was shutdown for like an hour (with people still stuck in these cars all over the resort) and no one was telling us what was happening. We couldn’t just go home because our car keys were in that bag among all our other things, so we waited and were waiting like another hour being bounced back and forth from guest relations to the skyliner staff and then we find out on Twitter what had happened and realized that we wouldn’t be getting our bag anytime soon lol.

So Disney put us up in a hotel for the night and gave us food and toothbrushes and a phone charger since we weren’t prepared to stay anywhere overnight.

If we had boarded a few minutes later than we did, we might’ve been stuck on one of those cars for 2+ hours.

 

Wow, that’s nuts. Being stuck suspended in one of those things with no cross breeze in florida heat is not something i even want to imagine.

 

So I saw my queen Christina last night!! Ugh as much as I say she hates me and her fans, like sis delivered! I love how she pays even her flop catalog it's due. When she opened with a song from Lotus and then Bionic I flipped. She was so cute signing ppls things while singing and she went into the crowd at one point but of course not near me!!! She had like a lil empowerment section and it was cool to hear how well Can't Hold Us Down holds up and how a song like that was released in the early 00s. She played the famous Cher clip of her saying "I am a rich man" and then had all these lovely pics of ppls protest signs, espesh about women's rights to choose and abortion and I was living. She let a few ppl try the opening haaaaaaayyyyyyyeaaah note from Ain't No Other Man which was cute also. Overall I liked it more than when I saw her last year! More crowd interaction and movement from her. Last year she was kinda lazy and didn't move much but she def seemed more high energy this time

 

Thankfully it happened around 8 PM so things were cooling down a bit, but yeah, probably miserable af

I saw that people were instructed to break open their emergency kits

I can’t believe I had a dream that Popeyes chicken sandwich was back.

 

This child’s suffering pales in comparison to mine. I had to sit on the carpet of Epcot’s guest relations center for two hours and the carpet was filthy and I got a rash.

I finally found out how to turn my switch off today.

 

You mean putting it in sleep mode?

 

That’s what I did before, but if you hold down the power button you can fully turn it off.

 

Wow, I guess I’ve never really had my switch fully powered down before (except for then the batteries are drained)
