Yeah killstreaks are something I've always kind of had an issue with in call of duty in general. Sure it's fun to get them but it's also incredibly frustrating to continually die from chopper gunners and missiles being rained down on your head.

And I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on the TTK. I don't think it needs a drastic change but I do think it's a bit too fast. I guess I prefer a slightly longer TTK so it feels like I have a chance to return gunfire if I get caught off guard, where as this is basically whoever shoots first wins. Which maybe that just means my positional awareness sucks haha.

 

Wasn’t aware they did Origins. I heard good things about that. I just didn’t care for the Mordor games

Yeah, idk if you saw on the previous page but they didn’t do the Mordor games, that was Monolith (not to be confused with Xeno- dev MonolithSoft).

Some minor technical hiccups aside, Arkham Origins is great. Troy Baker absolutely kills it as the Joker.

 

I wish Monolith would make Condemned 3.

I've been seeing a lot of praise for The Surge 2, it's by no means a niche opinion.

 

Surge 1 was so boring and repetitive

 

I’m not saying it can’t be good, but he’s calling a 74 metacritic game “brilliant”

 

Hey if that's his opinion, what does it matter which word he uses? Idk, every game is going to have outlier reviews one way or the other based on the critic's personal taste. He's on the high end with this one. It doesn't seem like he's being contrarian by really enjoying a game with majority favorable scores.

 

I just think all pundits are not for me which is fine

An Arkham Origins remaster for current gen would be cool considering nowhere near enough people played that game on PS3/360/Wii U.
