This might be problematic or something but lately I’ve been thinking like I might not actually have depression. I feel it all the time, but 95% of it is caused by external things and I feel like if those problems stopped existing I would no longer have depression

 

Chase that shit - get rid of that toxic nonsense as much as you can

but also dont be quick to dismiss what may be an actual problem!

 

I’ve been there. It definitely can help to not have those external problems, at least it has for me, but sometimes it’s more than that.

I hate when the landlords visit the apartments. They vaguely said they're coming to everyone's units tomorrow between 8-5 and I'm like ughhhh. It's supposed to be my mostly day off and I feel like I can't even truly relax!! I'll keep wondering when they are coming and then if I'm gone and they show up they never leave any indication they were there so I still wonder if they'll show up. And I have to clean up my apt. Booooo
