TJ's is great except for the produce. Even here in CA it's garbage.

There’s one five minutes from my house

 

Ramen was good but the charcuterie was incredible.

 

I was so close to going to Nomad the other weekend. That looks amazing. I really wish I had, as Balthazar was terrible.

 

The drinks were pricey but sooo good and the oysters were great as well.

 

I know this isn’t food related per say but like I’ve been a huge kick on any Arizona ice tea kind and it’s great but also cruel.

re: drinks, I started my first batch(es) of kombucha last night with SCOBY from my sister. she made a raspberry one a few weeks back that was some of the best I’ve tasted, so I’m hoping to glean some of her good flavor out.
planning to bottle up a few honey & ginger, and a few strawberry.

the Popeyes I go to has been a ghost town since they stopped selling the chicken sandwich so I can see why they are reminding people.

I'm going on a road trip this week down south, I've been preparing myself for the copious amounts of food I'm going to consume.
