If we're going off rumors, then he's at least hiring writers...which has an impact on creative.

In the same way that RAW has felt different since Heyman took over, so has SD since Bischoff was announced. Whether or not its him or some other shake-up, who knows, but SD's writing has been laughably bad the last 2-3 months.

 

Yea, it's been bad since before he took over. I don't know if it has to do with switching channels but the scripting has gotten noticeably (somehow) worse in the last month or two for sure.
