I mean, yes, that is part of the problem here. we need a non-bullshit investigation. and with current officials, seems unlikely we're gonna one.

but again, pointing fingers at random people who aren't even controlling the investigation doesn't seem like it will help anything

If you can't trust the son of the man who gave Epstein a high school teaching job (without a college degree), and essentially looked the other way while he sexually harassed some of the students then who can you trust?

Not that there's a huge distinction here, but my personal guess is that Epstein wasn't murdered so much as allowed to kill himself when he really should not have been. With the amount of powerful people that wanted him dead though and with the extent to which his trial could damage those same powerful people, the only way he was coming out of there was in a body bag.

I fully admit that I could be completely wrong about that though. The one thing that I am sure about is that we will probably not ever really know for sure.

A lot of the people who wanted him dead could very easily have someone murdered in prison.

I am not sure if it is an Occam's Razor thing or if my brain is just being lazy.

another likely possibility to me is that he killed himself, but simply because he was scared of some powerful people going after something else important to him if he didn't. Or maybe he was just protecting his rich and powerful friends because he's a fucking pedophile.

there are a lot of possibilities out there that make sense. which is why I'd rather we figure out what actually happening instead of just assuming our favorite explanation is the truth.
