Very interesting thread. I think Rogan is still fucked in how he uses his platform to give voices to hateful people without challenge, but getting in front of actual impressionable young people can have a great affect.

The frustrating thing about those comments is so many of their problems with not knowing what Bernie is all about could have been solved by 15-20 minutes of seeking out info about Bernie on the internet and watching some of his speeches/answers in interviews/etc. Instead they need Joe Rogan to spoon feed it to them because listening to other informative podcasts is for pussies or some such toxic masculinity shit. Listening to Joe Rogan is manly, after all.

 

I'd also be very curious to see how a Warren interview would play with the same crowd. I could see the comments being much more toxic.
