it just hasn’t really stayed with me at all. I’ve watched a lot of reviews of it and found that I agree with most of the criticisms the reviewers had

these two in particular, as I like and respect each one of their opinions a great deal

 

not a bad film by any means tho. don’t misconstrue my comments as me saying that in any way

 

I love half in the bag but Chris stuckman is a joke imo. Not trying to shit on someone you like or admire just because but everything I’ve seen of his is so surface level and more hype focused I can’t engage with his content in any meaningful way. And then there’s the Get Out review lol.

 

He’s the most popular movie reviewer on YouTube for a reason (as in lowest commons denominator)

 

The only thing I ever go to YouTube for is Vic Berger videos.

I don't understand Youtube criticism at all, for whatever reason I have a hard time paying attention to videos, and it's like who are these people and how do millions of people know them, I know that's Youtube in a nutshell haha

 

I still don’t get people watching people stream video games. Sure, I guess if you’re trying to determine a purchase, but just to watch them?

Oh my fucking god I was just thinking about this the other day. It was fascinating watching a YouTube critic kind of get put in their place. It’s easy to make criticisms in your room, in a controlled environment, alone, with no outside pressures or influence, but it’s a whole different ballgame actually having to script out a scene

 

So true, his criticisms can be weird and his frequent use of jump cuts is distracting. I used to rly like him but I cringe every time he says “awesometacular”. His enlightened centrism also rears it’s ugly head often
