Do you have any experience with Bigsbys (including switching out the arms) because I like mine but I'm not crazy about the movement range on mine and wanted to potentially switch it out if I could get more range from another

 

I honestly don’t. Some people don’t like Bigsbys for that reason as I’ve heard but neither of my guitars have a whammy mechanism :(

Bigsby’s sound the best but if you want more movement I’m p sure a regular whammy bar does the trick

 

It sucks cuz I just want the bar to go like 1 inch more in hahaha but it has that stopper restricting the movement

It's not a complete necessity it was just like a "hey that'd be nice" thing and wasn't sure if it'd be a pain in the ass to switch out or not

 

Well. The reason I don’t have experience with things like Bigsby / Floyd Rose is because they seem like a pain in the ass to install and adjust haha so I can feel your concern there. I like my guitars as is and am definitely too anxious to mod them lol

What I need is a cheap knockoff jazzmaster to fuck with

 

Same hahaha I was talking to my friend about this Gretsch and he told me I definitely need to switch out the stock nut at some point to help with the Bigsby consistently staying in tune and the thought of that MORTIFIES me

Next guitar will definitely not have a tremolo

 

At least the nut is like the easiest thing on the whole guitar to replace haha. I’d really like to learn how to solder in new pickups though at some point

 

Fender makes some solderless pickups that are allegedly good? But yeah I wanna learn how too, it'd be a very helpful skill to have.

They wouldn't draft Tua. Not just because he's not best in class but also because they just drafted Daniel Jones. I imagine they'd trade down a bit and get Walker Little or Jerry Jeudy? Idk, it's July.

 

Yeah what kind of organization would draft a QB in the top 10 and then draft another #1 overall the next year
