The song hasn't even been officially released yet and I've already listened 5 times. Uh oh.

 

I've only listened to it twice, but the chorus has been in my head all morning so I guess in a way I've listened like 100 times today haha.

 

HELLL YEAH THIS CHORUS ROCKS, this is exactly what I wanted to hear when I heard Skiba joined Blink.

 

Everything about this is awesome. The new song, the new album cover, & the title is cool too. I think it's called "Nine" because even though it's technically the 8th album they're probably counting Dogs Eating Dogs.

 

Couldn't help myself... Listening to it again.

I can't get over how perfect this song is.

There was never a time I wasn't all in on this album, but I'm all in.

 

As long as it's referring to early Jimmy Eat World kind of emo and not My Chemical Romance kind of emo...

 

They got confused and counted Untitled and Self-titled as two

I'd die if they pulled off something like that. That's the type of music I listen to the most these days. But I don't really see them going that direction whatsoever.

 

Let’s finally give some love again to Feldmann as well, this song is great.

 

Is Darkside for sure a Feldmann song?

 

Feldy typically only posts about the songs he was involved in, and he was promoting this one, so I would assume he produced it.

Since Flyswatter is the "A" letter on the alphabet theory, I'm actually thinking they're counting this one. But could be just Cali DLX too.

 

No point in really speculating until we know what they’re actually counting, albums or releases. If it’s albums, I’m assuming it’s Cali deluxe, or maybe Buddha. If it’s releases, seems likely it’s DED.

 

Maybe it’s none of that and it’s just the number of times tom quit the band

 

Maybe the album title is in reference to Matt being lost since nineteen ninety NINE.

 

It’s a reference to how many albums Matt has left in his contract with them

It's what Matt shouted at the German kid who wanted to come on stage and play ATST while they were on tour in Munich.
