This article is terrifying and deeply sad. I see it happening to members of my own family. Cesar Sayoc was a former boss/co-worker of a friend of mine and, when she found out about this, she honestly could not believe it was true because of how drastically different the man being reported on was compared to the man she once knew. She posted old photos of him with her and some other co-workers and...yeah. All smiles and looks legitimately warm and friendly. Apparently he used to be pretty progressive back then too. Then his life fell apart and the paranoia began and here we are. Everything is terrible.

He kinda proves my theory that evil people have some kind of gene in them that lets them become decrepit ghouls that never die.
